Brady check valves are designed to prevent backflow and loss of prime, whiile providing the most efficient flow. Constructed of one-piece polymer body, poppet and diffuser with a Buna-N-Seal, Female X Female threads. For use in areas where codes specify spring loaded check valve, brady model SLC Features a 316 stainless steel spring added to the poppet for positive sealing. Made of high strength acetal polymer, they are non corrosive, enviromentally safe, and will out last most metal valves.Temp. Max 180deg.F. pressure max 175 psi. Not recommended for use in gasoline systems. Performance proven Features. Exclusive nose core design reduces turbulence and permits 30 to 50% more water flow than comparable valves.
